Team 94 is a non-profit organization created in 2017 by businessmen Jim Ortenzio and Victor Muro of Integrated Financial Concepts an Office of the National Life Group. Mr. Ortenzio and Mr. Muro have a deeper connection to number "94" which inspired them to fulfill the National Life Group motto, "do good...be good...make good."

This connection reflects back to an astonishing twenty year old young man, Michael John Sabato, who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at a young age. MJ has attended West Essex High School and graduated in June 2017. He has been part of their football program since he was in middle school and has worn the #94 proudly. Although he has encountered numerous challenges, socially, academically and psychologically, he has emerged with passion and dedication and thus has left a lasting impression with the community.

It is the hope that Team 94 and Michael John can encourage and support young adults with ASD to dream big and never give up. Now let each of us be the new hope, the new voice and the new future of this most worthy endeavor.
